Q. What happens to my data?
You own all subscribers that you capture using our tools since it all happens through your autoresponder’s API. We backup your data regularly.
Q. What’s the difference between the support options?
Limited support means you can submit a ticket at the helpdesk and we’ll look into it. Email support gets you our email address and we guarantee to respond within 48 hours or less. With VIP support, we guarantee to respond to your queries within 24 hours or less. Typically within a couple of hours. All support options have access to our member-only Facebook group, in-app reporting of issues, and helpdesk.
Q. How difficult is it to cancel my subscription
It’s as difficult as clicking a button. You can cancel anytime you want to during your subscription with us. We have no intention of keeping you hostage. Free will, my friend. We will be sad to see you leave though 🙁
Q. What happens to my data when I cancel
Nothing. We keep all your data backed up, and if you decide to join us in the future – simply login to your account and re-active your subscription.
Q. Why are there limits on the number of visitors?
In order to provide a fast, accurate, and efficient service for everyone, we have to bear the technology, server, and development costs. Tech and server costs will rise when you drive more clicks. As it is, we charge a very minimal cost for the service we provide.
